We warmly invite external companies and organizations to participate in Polish Heritage Day in Gloucester. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your products or services to a diverse audience while celebrating Polish culture.

If you would like to run a trade stall, please complete the enquiry form below.

Important Information:
- To ensure fairness, all applications will be reviewed before approval.
- Once approved, you will receive an agreement to sign and a link for online payment. Please note that all payments are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to select only the most suitable offers.
Stall Prices (per table – 120x60cm):
- Handcrafted Goods: £80
- Services: £150
- Insurance, Financial, Medical, Health, Beauty & Supplement Companies: £200
- Supporter Sponsor: £300 (with sponsor sign and premium place closer the stage)
- Merchandising: please complete the form – we will contact you to discuss the price and details.
Please note that the event organisers do not accept any responsibility for loss, damage, or injury occurring at exhibitors’ stalls. All stallholders participate at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring appropriate insurance cover is in place.

Public Liability Insurance

Please upload a copy of your valid Public Liability Insurance certificate. The policy must be valid on the event date
This requirement applies to all stallholders, including small businesses and handmade craft sellers. A minimum cover of £5 million is required.If you do not currently hold Public Liability Insurance, you can purchase suitable cover online by searching for “Crafters Insurance” or similar providers offering event-based liability cover.Once purchased, please send a copy of the policy to events@akademiapolska.uk
