Rhythm Nation - Studio Rental Agreement

1. PURPOSE OF USE
The studio is being rented for rehearsals, classes, training, auditions, fitness instruction, choreography, meetings, private coaching, or other approved activities including but not limited to:

• Dance rehearsal
• Choreography
• Fitness instruction
• Acting rehearsal
• Vocal rehearsal
• Audition preparation
• Cheerleading practice
• Stretching/conditioning
• Private lessons
• Workshops

The Renter understands that Rhythm Enterprises LV LLC, DBA Rhythm Nation Dance & Fitness Studio ("Studio") provides only the physical rental space and does not provide instruction, coaching, supervision, spotting, security, medical care, or childcare unless separately contracted in writing.

2. RESPONSIBILITY FOR ATHLETES

The Renter is solely responsible for:

• Supervising all participants and guests
• Providing all instruction, coaching, and spotting (when applicable)
• Maintaining appropriate safety procedures
• Determining participant skill levels and readiness
• Preventing injuries through proper supervision and instruction
• Ensuring all participants follow Studio rules and applicable safety guidelines
• Responding to any medical emergency involving their participants

Rhythm Enterprises LV LLC, DBA Rhythm Nation Dance & Fitness Studio assumes no responsibility for participant supervision, instruction, coaching, spotting, or the safety of any individual using the facility during the rental period.

3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
The Renter acknowledges that participation in dance, fitness, rehearsals, training, and other activities involves inherent risks of injury or property damage. By signing this Agreement, the Renter voluntarily assumes these risks and accepts responsibility for all participants, guests, and invitees during the rental period.

This says everything you need without listing every possible injury. The detailed list (falls, fractures, concussions, etc.) isn't necessary on a studio rental form and just makes it longer. Combined with your liability waiver, this is clear and professional.

4. LIABILITY WAIVER
The Renter agrees to release and hold harmless Rhythm Enterprises LV LLC, DBA Rhythm Nation Dance & Fitness Studio, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from any claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from the Renter's or their participants', guests', or invitees' use of the Studio, except as prohibited by law.

 5. INDEMNIFICATION
The Renter agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rhythm Enterprises LV LLC, DBA Rhythm Nation Dance & Fitness Studio from any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from the Renter's use of the Studio.

This includes attorney fees, settlements, and judgments.

6. INSURANCE
Rhythm Enterprises LV LLC, DBA Rhythm Nation Dance & Fitness Studio does not provide insurance for renters or their participants. The Renter is responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses occurring during the rental period and may be required to provide proof of liability insurance upon request.

7. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

The Renter is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear to the Studio, including the dance floor, mirrors, walls, equipment, restrooms, lobby, or other Studio property. Any cleaning, repair, or replacement costs will be charged to the Renter.Cleaning, repair, or replacement costs will be charged to the team.

8. PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
Rental fees must be paid in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

9. STUDIO RULES
No glitter, confetti, powders, chalk, rosin, fake snow, feathers, or similar materials.
Only closed water bottles are permitted on the studio floor. No food, gum, or sugary drinks.
The Renter is responsible for removing all trash, personal belongings, and returning the Studio to the condition it was found.

10. DAMAGE & CLEANING
The Renter is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, as well as excessive cleaning resulting from the rental. Cleaning, repair, or replacement fees starting at $100 may be assessed based on the extent of the damage or cleanup required.Trash must be placed in provided bins or removed from the premises.

11.Rental Time                                                                                                     Rental time includes setup and cleanup. A 15-minute exit period is provided to vacate the Studio. Additional time is subject to availability and billed at 1.5× the hourly rental rate.

Studio Conduct:
The Renter is responsible for the conduct of all participants and guests. Anyone engaging in unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior may be asked to leave the premises without a refund.
