*Full payment is required at the time of ordering, any delay in payment will delay your order, please pay once quoted.
*"Orders are first come, first serve. These items do take time and a lot goes into the process of creating these one of a kind gifts." I will give you an estimate at the time of ordering on how long your order will take. Normally it can be up to 3-4 weeks.
*Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please check spelling for any names, no changes can be made to your order once it is placed.
*Please ensure shipping address and personalization are correct before purchasing!
*I love to see everyone happy, so I strive for perfection. However, with handmade items, minor imperfections may occur in the items.
*Once an item leaves my hands I cannot be held responsible for how long shipping takes or the package not being delivered, It is your responsibility to contact USPS to file a claim with the tracking that is provided by myself. you will be emailed tracking once your order is ready and boxed up.
