Enrollment Options

Base Tuition Fees:

KinderPrep Half Day Schedule 8:30 am - 12:30 pm:

M - F $720 per month

KinderPrep Full Day Schedule 8:30 am - 3:00 pm:

M - F $870 per month

5% Discount if Annual Tuition Paid in Full by August 1st (Applies for 10 months - August 2025 - May 2026)

5% Sibling Discount if Both Siblings Attend Kaleidoscope Preschool

NOTE: Discounts apply only to Tuition. Discounts are not applicable for Morning Care, Afternoon Care or other fees.

Drop-in Fee:      $40.00 per time needed (Morning Care, Full Day or Aftercare)

All Tuition/Fees must be paid by the 1st of each month. The same tuition is charged each month regardless of closures or holidays. If payment is received after the 5th of the month, late charges of $5.00 per day back to the 1st of the month will be assessed. Tuition and fees subject to change.

Withdrawal

In the event of an extended absence, we cannot hold your enrollment spot. Your child will be withdrawn unless you choose to pay the full tuition for the entire extended absence. If your child is withdrawn due to an extended absence, you will be required to re-enroll your child if a spot is available. A registration fee of $100 will be charged upon re-enrollment.

Kaleidoscope School’s Annual Tuition is divided into 10 equal payments. The first payment is due August 1st and the 1st of each month thereafter, with the final payment due May 1st.
Registration Fees:

New Families: Payment of $250 is required to secure your child's spot ($100 non-refundable registration fee and $150 enrollment deposit).

Returning Families: Payment of $175 is required to secure your child's spot ($25 non-refundable registration fee and $150 enrollment deposit).

Scholarship Applicants: Payment of a $50 enrollment deposit is required with the application.

All Enrollment Deposits apply toward August tuition which is due in full by August 1st.
