PARTICIPATION & SAFETY EXPECTATIONS: This program is designed to be a meaningful, hands-on leadership experience. Participants are expected to take their commitment seriously, participate fully in volunteer sessions, and follow all safety guidelines. Credit for volunteer hours requires on-time arrival, full participation for the entire session, and respectful conduct. Participants who repeatedly leave early, fail to engage, or disregard safety procedures may lose eligibility for the program.
