House of Hustle Basketball League Scholarship
House of Hustle Basketball League provides recreational basketball opportunities focused on skill development, confidence, teamwork, and community. Operated under The Peralta Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we work to expand access and opportunity for youth and families.

The Peralta Foundation offers scholarship assistance for the House of Hustle Recreational Basketball League to help eligible youth from low-income families with league registration fee only. Uniform is not included. Assistance is based on demonstrated financial need and available funding. Submission of an application does not guarantee assistance.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
- Be enrolled in school (Kindergarten–12th grade)
Eligibility may be verified through participation in one or more of the following programs:
- Free or Reduced School Lunch
- Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
- Foster Care
- Medicaid or Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
- SNAP (Food Stamps)
Additonal:
House of Hustle, operated under The Peralta Foundation, recognizes that some athletes may benefit from participation in team sports even if they do not meet the eligibility guidelines listed above. Families may submit a detailed letter explaining their circumstances along with any supporting documentation for consideration.
Upload official documentation verifying the athlete is receiving assistance. If documentation is not available, a school administrator, social worker, or caseworker must sign the form to verify eligibility.If the athlete does not receive any of the services listed above, families may submit a detailed letter explaining their circumstances along with any supporting documentation for consideration by House of Hustle, operated under The Peralta Foundation*

Financial Assistance Policy - General Information
- The application must be fully completed to be considered. All required documentation and information must be submitted in full for the application to be reviewed.
- If approved, the participant will receive an email notification from the Financial Aid team. Please allow 5-7 business days days.
- Funds are limited and awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
