  • Thank you for choosing Modern Face Beauty for your tattoo dreamz <3 

    Prior to completing this submission form, here are a few things to keep in mind:

    • I will respond to you with your preferred method of contact to let you know if it's a design I can or cannot create for you.
    • If we move forward with the design, a non refundable deposit of $20-$50 is required via one of our payment methods, this deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your tattoo.
    • The deposit allows one reschedule with at least a 48 hours notice, otherwise, a new deposit will be required to book a new date.
    • If you need to cancel completely, the deposit will not be refunded.
    • The pricing of your tattoo will depend on size, placement, level of detail and if other colors will be used other than black.
    • A quote can be provided for you, but the final cost will be determined once the design is finalized and approved by the client. 

    My estimated response time is 1-2 days. Please make sure to check your preferred method of contact for a response from me after completing this form.
