Located at Urban District Market in the heart of NoDa, this immersive activation is designed to disrupt the summer routine by bringing the North Pole to the heat of July.
The Concept: Engineering a Seasonal Twist
We are flipping the script on tradition. Jingle & Jolly isn't just a market; it's a high-energy fusion where festive nostalgia meets summer vibes. We are transforming the venue into a tropical holiday enclave, creating a whimsical "Christmas in July" experience that invites the community to shop, vibe, and celebrate five months early.
The Experience
We are looking for vendors to join this bustling, high-traffic atmosphere featuring:
✨ The Viral Moment: An interactive "Summer Santa" photo experience (think Hawaiian shirts and holiday beats).
✨ Curated Shopping: A diverse lineup of local makers, artisans, and vintage curators perfect for early holiday hunting or summer treating.
✨ Festive Soundscape: A playlist that blends holiday anthems with summer hits to keep the energy high.
✨ Food & Drink: Full access to Urban District Market’s diverse food stalls and beverage options.

Vendor Fees
Non-Profit Organizations: $35
Artisan / Maker / Small Business: $55 (10x10 space)
Corporate / Brand Activations: $100
Table and Tent Rental: $10 (Limited availability)
Boosted Featured Social Post: +$10
Vendor Requirements
Vendors must provide their own setup (tables, racks, displays) unless renting.
10x10 tents + weights are required for outdoor spaces (40lb minimum per leg).
One business per space (no shared booths).
No electricity provided.
❌ No hot food or drink vendors (Urban District Market handles all F&B). Pre-packaged wellness consumables or holiday treats (e.g., cookies, jams, mixes) are permitted.
Payment Terms
Invoices must be paid within 48 hours of acceptance.
Non-payment results in immediate removal and replacement from the waitlist.
Rain or Shine — vendor fees are non-refundable.
Weather credits may be offered in extreme conditions (not guaranteed).
Vendor cancellations are non-refundable.

Our promotional mix includes:
