AI Readiness Self-Assessment

AI readiness is an organization’s preparedness to responsibly adopt and scale artificial intelligence. It requires a clear AI strategy aligned to business goals; high-quality data and data infrastructure; cloud/compute resources; and the technical skills to build, deploy, and operate models. Strong governance and risk controls (privacy, security, bias mitigation, and compliance), ethical guidelines, and clear ownership are essential. Equally important are change management, leadership commitment, and a culture that adapts to AI-driven ways of working.
