I release and hold harmless Ybor City Food Tours, its owners, guides, contractors, partners, and affiliates from any and all claims arising from my participation.

I understand that food tastings are provided by partner establishments and that Ybor City Food Tours cannot guarantee accommodation of all dietary restrictions or food allergies. I acknowledge that I participate at my own discretion.

Alcohol is available at some of the stops on the tour.If a guest chooses to purchase alcohol, they will do so directly from the establishment, and that purchase is separate from and not affiliated with the tour.Ybor City Food Tours does not sell, pour, provide, or distribute alcohol.

I understand that photos or videos may be taken during the tour for marketing and promotional purposes. If I do not wish to be photographed or recorded, I will notify my guide prior to or during the tour.
