This policy applies to all apps published by Robin Aletras on the Apple App Store, including Kicker, Grandmaster Match 3 Chess, Last to Pass, Inquiry, GSM Adventrue Tours, ALICE / Heirloomix, and Chirped.
What We Collect
- An anonymous user ID issued at first launch.
- If you use Sign in with Apple: the email and name Apple shares with us.
- Your in-app progress, scores, conversations, unlocked content, and display name.
- Apple-issued purchase receipts (transaction ID and product ID — not your payment instrument).
- Device model, iOS version, app version, language, region, crash logs.
- Inquiry: the text of your messages to in-app characters, sent to Anthropic to generate responses.
- The Heist Gatlinburg: approximate location, used solely to detect arrival at landmarks. Continuous location is not
stored. Camera access is used solely for live AR rendering on-device; the camera feed is never transmitted or saved.
- Chirped: precise location, used for jobsite geofence auto-join, geofence-exit detection, and the live crew map other
workers on your site can see. Voice you transmit by pressing the Talk button is delivered to other members of the
same site via Firebase Realtime Database. Apple Push Notification tokens are stored so the app can wake when a crew
member starts talking.
How We Use It
To deliver core app functionality (saving progress, generating in-app responses, validating purchases, unlocking
landmarks, running the radio, surfacing your crew on the map), to provide support, to detect fraud and abuse, and to
comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
Third Parties
We share data only with the following processors, contractually limited to serving our apps and required to protect
your data to the same standard described here:
- Apple — authentication, purchases, push notifications.
- Google Firebase — anonymous authentication, database, server-side functions.
- Anthropic (Inquiry only) — generates in-character responses from your messages. Anthropic does not retain content
for model training under our agreement.
We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account anytime using the Delete
Account button in each app's Settings, which removes your authentication record, progress, conversations, purchase
history, and account metadata. Encrypted backups are purged within 90 days.
To revoke consent or request deletion outside the app, email 13RT.com@gmail.com from the address associated with your
account; we respond within 30 days.
Deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store subscription — cancel that separately in iOS Settings →
Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Children
Our apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn
we have, we delete it.

What This App Collects
Chirped is a push-to-talk radio app for construction crews. The data it collects is used exclusively to operate the
radio, deliver voice to your crew, and let your crew find each other on the live site map. We do not sell your
personal data.
Data the app collects:
- Sign in with Apple identity — the email and name Apple shares with us.
- Display name and optional avatar photo you set in-app.
- Precise location, while you're a member of an active site. Used for geofence auto-join when you walk into a jobsite,
geofence-exit when you leave, and the live crew map that other workers on the same site can see.
- Voice transmissions you record by pressing the Talk button. Voice is delivered live to other members of your site
via Firebase Realtime Database. Access is restricted by Firebase security rules to members of the same site at the
time of transmission.
- Apple Push Notification tokens, used by Apple's PushToTalk framework to wake the app when a crew member starts
talking so you hear it without unlocking your phone.
- Apple-issued purchase receipts for in-app token purchases (transaction ID and product ID — not your payment
instrument).
- Standard device telemetry — device model, iOS version, app version, crash logs.
Data Visible to Other Crew Members
This is core product behavior, not a third-party share, but worth disclosing plainly: when you're a member of a
Chirped site, other workers on that same site — and the foreman of that site — can see:
- Your display name and avatar
- Your precise live location on the crew map
- Your current channel status ("in channel" / "transmitting")
- Voice you transmit on the channel
When you leave a site — by tapping Leave, by walking out of its geofence, or by your account being kicked or banned —
this visibility ends.
You are visible only to workers on the same site you're a member of. Workers on other companies' sites, or other sites
within your own company, cannot see you.
Foreman Moderation Powers
The foreman of any site you're on has these moderation powers over your member account, scoped to that one site only:
- Kick you (removes you from the channel; you can re-join via geofence)
- Ban you (kicks AND prevents future re-joins to that specific site)
- Rename you on their crew roster
- Remove your avatar from the crew display
- Approve or deny your join request (if the site has approval mode enabled)
Foreman actions affect only the specific site they're foreman of. They cannot reach into other sites you're on, change
your account at the app level, or see anything you've done outside their site.
What Chirped Never Does
- We never sell your personal data.
- We never share individual user data with third parties beyond the Apple and Firebase processors named in the policy
above.
- We never use your data to target you with advertising.
- We never expose your data to workers on sites you are not a member of.
Data Retention and Deletion
Your data lives in our backend for as long as your account is active. You may permanently delete your account anytime
via Settings → More → Delete my account, which cascades to:
- All site member records across every company and site you've been on
- In-app purchase transaction history
- Device push notification tokens
- Diagnostic logs
- Your avatar photo in cloud storage
- The Firebase Authentication user itself
- Sites you created where no other members remain (the empty sites are also deleted)
To request deletion outside the app, email 13RT.com@gmail.com from the address associated with your account; we
respond within 30 days.
Children's Privacy
Chirped is a business app for construction crews and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
