This policy applies to all apps published by Robin Aletras on the Apple App Store, including Kicker, Grandmaster Match 3 Chess, Last to Pass, Inquiry, The Heist Gatlinburg, and ALICE / Heirloomix.
What We Collect
- An anonymous user ID issued at first launch.
- If you use Sign in with Apple: the email and name Apple shares with us.
- Your in-app progress, scores, conversations, unlocked content, and display name.
- Apple-issued purchase receipts (transaction ID and product ID — not your payment instrument).
- Device model, iOS version, app version, language, region, crash logs.
- Inquiry: the text of your messages to in-app characters, sent to Anthropic to generate responses.
- The Heist Gatlinburg: approximate location, used solely to detect arrival at landmarks. Continuous location is not
stored. Camera access is used solely for live AR rendering on-device; the camera feed is never transmitted or saved.
How We Use It
To deliver core app functionality (saving progress, generating in-app responses, validating purchases, unlocking landmarks), to provide support, to detect fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
Third Parties
We share data only with the following processors, contractually limited to serving our apps and required to protect your data to the same standard described here:
Apple - authentication, purchases, push notifications.
Google Firebase — anonymous authentication, database, server-side functions.
Anthropic (Inquiry only) — generates in-character responses from your messages. Anthropic does not retain content for model training under our agreement.
We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account anytime using the Delete
Account button in each app's Settings, which removes your authentication record, progress, conversations, purchase
history, and account metadata. Encrypted backups are purged within 90 days.
To revoke consent or request deletion outside the app, email 13RT.com@gmail.com from the address associated with your
account; we respond within 30 days.
Deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store subscription — cancel that separately in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Children
Our apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn we have, we delete it.

What This App Collects
ALICE | Heirloomix is a personal AI companion and memory preservation platform. The data it collects is used
exclusively to make the companion useful to you. KIND Social does not sell your personal data. Period.
The only data KIND Social holds as a company: Sign in with Apple identity. That is all we receive and retain as a
company.
Data collected by the app and stored in your personal encrypted cloud:
Everything else the app collects belongs to you. It lives in your Heirloomix Forever Cloud, encrypted with
AES-256-GCM, hosted securely on cloud infrastructure. KIND Social cannot read it. It is never sold, never shared with
third parties, and never used to target you with advertising.
This includes: photos and videos captured through your companion, conversation history with your companion, location
history used by your companion to learn your world, voice notes, and preferences and taste profile built by your
companion over time.
Anonymous movement signals:
What funds the free Forever Cloud is anonymous aggregate movement data — counts and patterns across many users. Not
who you are. Not where you specifically go. A signal looks like this: "200 people travel this route on weekday
mornings." No names. No identifiable information. No way to trace it back to you.
What KIND Social Never Does
We never sell your personal data. We never share individual user data with third parties. We never use your personal
data to target you with advertising. We never retain your data after you delete your account.
Data Retention and Deletion
Your data lives in your Forever Cloud for as long as you use the app. You may request full download and then deletion
of your account and all associated data on our servers at any time by contacting 13RT.com@gmail.com. Upon verified
request, all personal data is permanently deleted.
Legacy Transfer:
You may designate a family member to inherit your Forever Cloud. This transfer only occurs upon your explicit
instruction or verified next-of-kin request following your passing.
Security
Your encryption key is tied to your Apple ID and is recoverable if you change devices. Sensitive data encrypted on
your device cannot be read without your key — including by KIND Social. Your companion's brain data is stored securely
on our servers and is accessible only through your anonymous token, which is derived from your Apple ID. We never
store your name, email, or Apple ID itself.
Children's Privacy
ALICE | Heirloomix is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
