2026 Vendor & Community Partner Application

Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor or community partner at the Girls Spark Annual Summit! We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for your brand or organization to connect with an engaged audience of women and girls in the Delaware Valley Region. All vendor & community partner attendees will need to have both their child abuse clearance and background checks submitted before April 10th 2026.

We expect approximately 200 attendees—girls ages 11-18—along with 50 women volunteers and 15 women workshop leaders.

Vendor applications close on March 27th, 2026 and you will hear back us within 1-2 days of applying. We are selecting 10-15 vendors/ community partners based on the best fit for Girls Spark and on a first-come, first-served basis. If selected, you will receive further details about setup and event logistics.

This is an excellent opportunity for your brand to connect with and inspire young leaders while gaining exposure within a supportive community. We look forward to the possibility of having you join us in empowering and inspiring the next generation of leaders!

Submission of Required Background Clearances
To ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, our insurances requires all persons over the age of 18 on-site at the Girls Spark Summit to submit the two required background clearances: Child Abuse Clearance and Criminal Background Check.

If you do not have your clearances completed yet, and still wish to be a vendor, please continue to complete the vendor application below and send both clearances to admin@girlsspark.org before April 10th in order to ensure your spot.

This process to obtain these clearances is 100% FREE

For the child abuse clearance, you will need to create an individual account, and then wait for an email verification to begin the processing.

In the application section, the individual should apply under the Volunteer section, select Other as the organization name, and type Girls Spark in the section. Also, if you were born in 1957 or later you must list your parents as persons who lived with you in the past.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The criminal background check will give you an immediate result, but the child abuse clearance can take up to fourteen (14) days so please start this process ASAP.

Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Certification (CY113):
- Online Submission: Complete your application through the Child Welfare Information Solution (CWIS) self-service portal. This method allows for electronic payment and typically results in faster processing.
- Your child abuse clearance is good for 5 years.
Pennsylvania Criminal History Background Check:
- Online Submission: Access the Pennsylvania Access To Criminal History (PATCH) website to submit your request. Volunteer checks are free and can be processed online.
