Sweet Earline’s | Large Order Request Form (7+ Dozen)

PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR REQUEST

We are a small team and each cookie is decorated by hand with care. To help us manage production and deliver the highest quality, please review the guidelines below:

• Large Orders are defined as seven (7) dozen or more.
• A minimum of thirty (30) days notice is required for Large Orders.
• Sweet Earline’s iced custom cookies are $50.00 per dozen.
• Large Orders include a Large Order Production Fee of +$5.00 per dozen to support additional planning, scheduling, and high-volume production.
• Designs requiring edible imagery (logos, characters, printed photos) are subject to an additional +$5.00 per dozen.
• Flavor selection limits:
  • Orders 7–25 dozen: up to two (2) flavors per order (minimum 2 dozen per flavor if selecting two)
  • Orders 26+ dozen: one (1) flavor per order
• Orders are confirmed and added to our production calendar once payment is received.
• Submission of this form does not guarantee availability until your order is confirmed.

Flavor Selection Guidelines

 To support efficient production and consistent quality:

Orders 7–25 dozen:
✔ You may select up to two (2) flavors
✔ If selecting two flavors, a minimum of two (2) dozen per flavor is required

Orders 26+ dozen:
✔ Limited to one (1) flavor

Examples:
✅ 12 dozen = 6 dozen vanilla + 6 dozen lemon
✅ 20 dozen = 18 dozen vanilla + 2 dozen chocolate
❌ 10 dozen = 9 dozen vanilla + 1 dozen lemon (does not meet minimum)

All Sweet Earline’s cookies are individually wrapped in clear, air-tight cellophane bags to maintain freshness. This is included in standard pricing for all orders.

Additional packaging décor (such as bows, custom tags, favor-style, or gift-style presentation) is available for an additional fee.

I understand that valid military ID verification may be required prior to invoice processing. The 10% discount will be applied before tax and is not combinable with other promotions.

*Military ID may be requested at pick-up.

• My order is not confirmed until the required deposit is paid.
• Final payment is due two (2) weeks prior to pickup/delivery.
• Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 14 days of pickup/delivery may result in the remaining balance being due due to production scheduling and supply purchases.
