Sweet Earline's is a small, online-based cookie business specializing in made-to-order, hand-decorated cookies and edible printed image cookies. Large orders require additional planning, scheduling, and production time. Please review the following guidelines before submitting your request:
- Large Orders are defined as seven (7) dozen or more.
- A minimum of thirty (30) days' notice is required.
- Pricing begins at $50.00 per dozen.
- A Large Order Production Fee of $5.00 per dozen applies to all orders of seven (7) dozen or more.
- Sweet Earline's will determine the appropriate decorating method based on the requested design, level of detail, quantity, production requirements, and information provided.
- Designs involving logos, characters, photographs, detailed graphics, or other intricate elements will generally be produced as edible printed image cookies and priced accordingly.
- Orders of 7–25 dozen may include up to two flavors, with a minimum of two dozen per selected flavor.
- Orders of 26 dozen or more are limited to one flavor.
- Submission of this form does not guarantee availability, reserve a date, or confirm an order.
- Large order dates are secured only after the required deposit has been received.

FLAVOR SELECTION
Flavor Selection Guidelines

To support efficient production and consistent quality:

Orders 7–25 dozen:
✔ You may select up to two (2) flavors
✔ If selecting two flavors, a minimum of two (2) dozen per flavor is required

Orders 26+ dozen:
✔ Limited to one (1) flavor

Examples:
✅ 12 dozen = 6 dozen vanilla + 6 dozen lemon
✅ 20 dozen = 18 dozen vanilla + 2 dozen chocolate
❌ 10 dozen = 9 dozen vanilla + 1 dozen lemon (does not meet minimum)

Inspiration images help us understand your preferred theme, colors, branding, and overall direction. They are used for reference and are not copied or replicated exactly.

Sweet Earline's will determine the appropriate decorating method for each design. Depending on the design details and production requirements, an order may include hand-decorated cookies, edible printed image cookies, or a combination of both.

Logos, characters, photographs, and other intricate graphics will generally require edible printed images. Clients may not request that a design requiring edible printing be recreated exclusively through hand-icing.

Final designs are based on the approved invoice, submitted materials, production feasibility, and Sweet Earline's artistic interpretation.

Upload logos, invitations, brand guides, color references, or inspiration images. Two to four clear reference images are recommended whenever possible.

DECORATING METHOD

Sweet Earline's will determine the appropriate decorating method after reviewing the requested designs and submitted materials. The decorating method and applicable pricing will be identified on the invoice provided for review and confirmation.
PACKAGING + PRESENTATION
All Sweet Earline’s cookies are individually wrapped in clear, airtight cellophane bags to maintain freshness. This is included in standard pricing for all orders.

Additional packaging décor (such as bows, custom tags, favor-style, or gift-style presentation) is available for an additional fee.

MILITARY DISCOUNT

We proudly offer a 10% military discount for active duty, veterans, and reservists. The military discount must be requested when the order request is submitted. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively after an invoice has been issued or paid.

If known, provide the courier service, anticipated pickup time, and contact information. Courier arrangements and all associated fees are the client's responsibility.
REQUIRED ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By submitting this order request, I acknowledge and agree that:
- Large Orders are defined as seven (7) dozen or more and require at least thirty (30) days' notice.
- Submission of this form does not guarantee availability, reserve a date, or confirm an order.
- Large order pricing begins at $50.00 per dozen and includes an additional Large Order Production Fee of $5.00 per dozen.
- Final pricing will reflect the decorating method, quantity, flavors, packaging, and other approved order details.
- Sweet Earline's will determine whether the order will include hand-decorated cookies, edible printed image cookies, or a combination of both.
- A 25% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure the order date and add the order to the production calendar.
- The remaining balance is due no later than two (2) weeks before the confirmed fulfillment date.
- Failure to pay the remaining balance by the deadline may result in cancellation of the order and forfeiture of the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the confirmed fulfillment date may result in the remaining balance becoming due because production scheduling and supply purchases may already have occurred.
- I am responsible for reviewing and approving all invoice details before submitting payment.
- Once a local pickup date is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
- Additional requests or changes submitted after confirmation are subject to approval, availability, production feasibility, and additional charges.
