Thoroughly read this Consultation Agreement & sign the agreement, Fill out our Getting Started Form and provide payment for your consultation deposit. Once this agreement is signed, and your deposit is received, we will start designing your itinerary!
Why a Deposit?: Covid has changed the world, how we travel, and how Travel Agencies operate. With entry/travel requirements constantly changing, a client may initially agree to and meet the destination requirements when planning their trip, but should those requirements or circumstances change prior to travel, and a client is either forced (involuntarily) or elects to cancel their arrangements for any reason, the deposit will be retained by Wild Root Travel.
This deposit simply covers the services provided by Wild Root Travel. Our proposed itineraries & quotes are customized for each of our clients to meet their specific needs. Securing a deposit allows us to commit our time to clients who are serious about traveling and appreciate the services we provide.
Deposit Details:
When the client chooses to book with Wild Root Travel, and once travel is completed, the consultation deposit will be refunded to the client in full via the payment method originally received from the client. Trip cancellations for any reason will result in a forfeited deposit.
Client has 60 days after the deposit is received to book travel through Wild Root Travel. If travel is not booked within 60 days, the deposit amount will be retained.
If the client chooses to cancel travel or decides not to book with Wild Root Travel after travel options have been provided, the deposit will be retailed for services provided.
Deposit Requirements:
Vacation/Honeymoon (up to 9 travelers): $150
Group Travel (10 or more travelers): $300
Mexico/Caribbean Destination Wedding: $300
