Hello! The Cook County Creatives board would like to share a few important notes before you begin your application.
1. The dates for this year's event are: September 25 - October 6, 2026, from 10am - 5pm daily.
2. Guest Artists are not subject to the Selection Committee Process. They are selected by the Studio Host at the hosts’ discretion.
3. This Guest Artist Content Submission Form needs to be fully filled out/submitted with payment, by March 11, 2026. The check for your participation fee must be post marked by March 11, 2026, or your form will not be considered.

Please upload 4-5 photos of your recent artwork. These photos should be professional quality and must be a minimum size of 4 x 6" at 300 dpi. If possible, please include at least three vertical images, as well as at least one image that optimally fills a square space with a focus on color and texture for the brochure.

PAYMENT: Along with completing this Form you must submit a check, for the amount of $200, to cover your Participation Fee. This check must be post dated by the application deadline of March 11, 2026.
Fees are as follow: Guest Artist: $200. Checks should be written out to "Cook County Creatives" and mailed to: Cook County Creatives PO Box 261 Grand Marais, MN 55604
