    • Welcome to BEE Club Inc. 🐝
    • BEE Club Inc. serves high school girls ages 13–18 who are looking for more than just an after-school activity but a community where they can grow, lead, and belong.

Through peer-led workshops, mentorship, and hands-on leadership experiences, BEE Club helps girls:

      • Build confidence and self-belief
      • Use their voice with purpose
      • Gain real-world leadership and life skills
      • Connect with other girls and women who believe in their power
      • Create positive change in your community

BEE Club is a space where girls don’t just learn about leadership — they practice it, together.

    • Is BEE Club For Me?
    • BEE Club is for high school girls who want a safe, supportive space to grow their confidence, leadership skills, and sense of belonging.

      As a member, girls:

      • Form friendships and become part of a strong sisterhood
      • Participate in peer-led leadership labs and mentorship circles
      • Build relationships with peer leaders and network with women professionals
      • Practice leadership through service projects, events, and real-world experiences
      • Gain career exposure, build professional skills, and access scholarships for higher education

If you’re a high school girl looking for support, sisterhood, and space to grow into your leadership, BEE Club is for you.

    • What It Means to Be a BEE Club Girl
    • Being a BEE Club girl means choosing to grow in confidence, character, and leadership, alongside other girls who are committed to achieving their goals and fulfilling the BEE Club's mission.

As a BEE Club member, girls:

      • Show up consistently with openness, respect, and intention.
      • Participate in peer-led meetings, workshops, and community experiences.
      • Practice life skills that help them navigate challenges, overcome barriers, and work toward their goals.
      • Build leadership by planning events, leading activities, and serving the community.
      • Engage with Peer Leaders, women professionals, and community partners.
      • Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive sisterhood where every girl is respected and encouraged to use her voice.

Girls in BEE Club participate in the BEEYOND Leaders Program, accessing foundational, applied, or advanced leadership pathways as they grow — including NewBEEs, BusyBEEs, and HoneyBEEs.

BEE Club girls are not expected to be perfect–only to be present, willing to learn, and committed to being a leader. They are the heart of the organization and the chapter.
