  • Thank you for your interest in the Slave Lake & District Farmers Market! As we enter our second year, we are focused on building a strong, balanced, and diverse vendor mix that supports both vendors and the overall market experience.

  • If you are new to the Slave Lake Farmers' Market:

  • SLFM MEMBERSHIP

  • Vendor membership is optional and is designed for vendors planning to attend multiple markets throughout the season. Membership helps support market planning and rewards vendors who commit to attending multiple markets.

  • Vendor Member – 2026 Season
    $175 prepaid (5 markets at $35 per space per market)
    Includes:

    • Guaranteed placement at 5 market dates
    • Priority scheduling during initial application review
    • $35 per additional regular market
    • Same rate applies to peak/specialty markets
    • (Changes or cancellations to pre-selected market dates are subject to availability and approval by the Market Manager)

     

    Non-Member Option
    Includes:

    • Regular Markets: $45 per space per market
    • Peak/Specialty Markets (3 dates): $75 per space per market day
    • Non-member vendors are scheduled based on availability and overall market balance.
    • Non-member pricing reflects limited-date participation and higher-demand market dates.
  • ***Membership is optional and not required to participate in the market.
    • Requested dates are reviewed to ensure a balanced market.
    • Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance for all requested dates.
    • Payment instructions will be sent after application approval.
    • Vendors will be contacted if additional information is required to complete a review of your application.
    • Vendors approved for attendance will receive confirmation of their acceptance by email.
