TERMS & CONDITIONS
By enrolling in and participating in any incentive or loyalty program offered by The Anointed Collective, including but not limited to The Anointed Circle (Adult Loyalty Program) and Crowned in Excellence (Youth Academic Incentive Program), participants agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Anointed Collective’s programs are designed to reward consistency, discipline, growth, and commitment through non-cash incentives such as discounts, complimentary add-ons, or select services. Participation is voluntary and subject to these Terms & Conditions.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Adult Loyalty Program –
The Anointed Circle
- Open to clients 18 years or older.
- Enrollment is free unless otherwise stated.
- Participation begins upon sign-up and first qualifying service.
Youth Incentive Program –
Crowned in Excellence
- Open to students enrolled in Kindergarten through 12th grade.
- A parent or legal guardian must sign on behalf of any minor.
- A current report card or official academic progress document must be presented during designated program periods.
3. EARNING REWARDS
Adult Program
Participants may earn rewards through qualifying actions including, but not limited to:
- Completed appointments
- Rebooking within designated timeframes
- Consistent attendance
- Referrals
- Participation in approved community or wellness initiatives
Rewards are not based solely on monetary spend and may vary by season or promotion.
Youth Program
Incentives are earned based on:
- Academic performance
- Academic improvement
- Effort and conduct as indicated on official school documentation
Perfection is not required. Progress and effort are recognized.
4. REWARD LIMITATIONS
- Rewards have no cash value and may not be exchanged for money.
- Rewards are non-transferable.
- Only one reward redemption per qualifying period unless otherwise stated.
- Rewards must be redeemed within stated timeframes and are subject to availability.
- Certain services, styles, or upgrades may be excluded at the discretion of The Anointed Collective and its affiliates.
5. PROGRAM AVAILABILITY & MODIFICATIONS
The Anointed Collective reserves the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any program, reward structure, or benefit at any time
- Adjust eligibility, redemption rules, or service offerings
- Limit participation to maintain service quality and operational sustainability
Notice of changes may be provided via in-store signage, website updates, or social media but is not guaranteed.
6. APPOINTMENT POLICIES
All standard booking policies apply, including:
- Late arrival policies
- Cancellation and no-show policies
- Service time limitations
Failure to comply with booking policies may result in forfeiture of rewards or program privileges.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY
Academic records provided for youth participation are used solely for program verification and are not copied, stored, or shared. No grades or identifying information will be publicly displayed without written consent. Client personal information is handled in accordance with applicable Texas privacy laws and business confidentiality standards.
8. CODE OF CONDUCT
The Anointed Collective maintains a respectful, affirming, and safe environment.
The business reserves the right to:
- Refuse service
- Remove participants from a program
- Revoke rewards
in cases of inappropriate behavior, dishonesty, or misuse of the program.
9. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Participation in any program does not guarantee:
- Specific outcomes
- Continued availability of rewards
- Eligibility for future incentives
Programs are offered as a courtesy and community initiative, not a contractual entitlement.
10. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
All services are provided in accordance with standard professional practices. Clients assume responsibility for communicating health conditions, sensitivities, or concerns prior to services.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas.
12. ACKNOWLEDGMENT & CONSENT
By signing below, I acknowledge that:
