Foster Care/Training Agreement

• Branded Adoption Center operators are allowed to pick up up to 20 animals at one time, provided they have not exceeded their allowable maximum number of untitled animals on the property.
• Branded Partnerships trainers are allowed to pick up to 4 animals at one time, provided they have not exceeded their allowable maximum number of untitled animals on the property.

This document allows the Forever Branded Program participant named above to care for the untitled wild horses or burros described below until that animal is adopted, purchased, or returned to the Bureau of Land Management
in accordance with the rules and regulations of the governing Forever Branded program. The named individual above, Forever Branded, and the Bureau of Land Management for the United States of America for and in consideration of the mutual benefits hereunder, and in accordance with Public Law 92-195, Sec. 3, do enter into this foster care/training agreement for the protection and welfare of the wild horses and/or burros listed below.
