Questionnaire for caregivers of cats with lower urinary tract signs
This questionnaire is for owners of cats showing urinary signs such as straining to urinate, blood in the urine, frequent small urinations, or toileting outside the litter tray. Urinary problems in cats are often influenced by stress and home environment. Your answers will help your veterinarian better understand your cat’s situation and recommend practical ways to help.
