This award is meant to honor community service that is not eligible for the Herb Falk Society. These hours should not be for pro bono service as contemplated in RPC 6.1.

This is for hours completed in 2025.

Please provide (1) organization name (2) a general description of the service provided; (3) the total hours of service for the organization in 2025; and (4) the period of time during which services were provided.

Qualifying Community Service

Some activities may qualify as Community Involvement hours, and also as pro bono hours that can qualify persons for the Herb Falk Society. While members are free to categorize those hours under either Society, we ask that the hours only be recorded and submitted once, under one or the other Society reporting frameworks.
