The Support Team are an important part of the 24 Hour Musical Project, and we're excited that you want to get involved. Firstly, we will need to know a bit about what you can do so we can place you where your skills and talents can shine. Secondly, we need to know exactly when you're available over the production period, and lastly, just a bit of administrative boring (but kinda important) stuff! So, here goes...

Please confirm that you are available. * This field is required. To participate in the project you must be available for the Project Weekend, Saturday 12 April though to 11pm Sunday 12 April 2026. Various roles require various hours of commitment which may be flexible within these dates.

WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO DO?We have lots of jobs to cover catering, front of house, ushers and runners requiring nothing more than your friendly face and enthusiasm! Please indicate below the tasks that you would suit you best. Pick one or as many as you like! And don't feel pressured to include tasks you have experience with but don't want to do this time around, just select "not for me" or leave them blank... we won't tell if you don't! The Support Team is required 3pm - 6pm on Saturday for induction, general set up for the announcement dinner, and some or all of the 24 hour production period (6pm Saturday to 6pm Sunday.) If you are not available for at least one period of 3-6 hours within these times, please skip to the next section.

Front of House Required from 3pm - 10pm on Sunday for the performance. Eager beavers who would like to stick with us for longer can also opt in for Support Team tasks during the rest of the 24 hour production period. If you're not available for either of these times, please skip to the next section.

When can you be available?We would love all volunteers to be at the Volunteer Induction and Announcement Dinner on Saturday 12th April from 3pm - 6pm. The announcement is the shotgun at the start of the race, it's really exciting and a good time to meet everyone and get the mood of the whole event! Beyond that, we welcome as many as possible to be available for the 24 hour period to keep in the spirit of the Project, but we understand that isn't everyone's idea of a good time! Please let us know below the times that you are available and willing and we'll do our best to match everyone with the right job and the right time. We also would welcome any volunteers to assist with set up on the Friday 10th April. This will be important to set up the venue and make sure everything is ready to things to run smoothly over production period on Saturday and Sunday!

Production Fee: The company of the Project is charged a small fee to help cover catering provided for all participants. We request volunteers who are on site for at least 3 meals during the production period to contribute the Half Fee ($40). Volunteers intending to stay for the full 24 hour period (6 meals plus snacks and drinks) are invited to contribute the full production fee should they wish to. Once your place in the Project is confirmed you will receive a link to the online payment page.

All volunteers who elect to contribute the Full Production Fee will receive a 24 Hour Musical Project t-shirt!

T-Shirt size Shirts are slim fit v-neck in sizes S to 2XL. Larger sizes are available in the round-neck style. The Size Chart on the previous card shows tables for Men's, Women's and Round Neck in that order. Refer to the half-chest measurement in cms shown in column A.

24HMP Media ConsentYour participation in any activity related to the 24 Hour Musical Project (including but not limited to promotional events, social events, rehearsals and the performance) may be filmed or photographed either by the company, by authorised volunteers or by general media. We require your consent to be filmed and photographed and for these images to be used by the 24HMP Foundation to promote the Project and any future iterations of the Project.

Documentary Talent Release**This year's Project is the subject of a feature-length documentary by Yellow Ball Productions. Please review the Artist Release available on our website here** Your participation in the Project (including but not limited to promotional events, social events, rehearsals and the performance) may be filmed by Yellow Ball Productions for use in the documentary. The Project may also supply to Yellow Ball Productions any footage captured by us or provided to us. The documentary team may request to interview you to which you may agree or otherwise at your discretion; providing consent to the talent release does not oblige you to agree to such requests.
