Affluent Capital Advisors

This Independent Contractor Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Affluent Capital
Advisors ("Company") and
("Contractor").

Contractor is engaged as an independent contractor and not as an employee. Contractor is responsible
for all federal, state, and local taxes and will receive a Form 1099-NEC.

Contractor will provide tax preparation services including collecting documents, preparing tax returns,
and following all IRS rules and ethical standards. Contractor may not transmit returns independently.

All tax returns prepared under this Agreement will be transmitted under the Company's EFIN.
Contractor acknowledges that an EFIN is required to legally transmit returns and that Company retains
sole transmission authority.

While in training and operating with Company support and supervision, Contractor will receive 50% per
completed tax return. Compensation structure may be renegotiated once Contractor operates
independently with their own EFIN. 5. Payment Terms

Payment is issued after the client's preparation fee is paid and the return is processed. Payments are
issued via direct deposit. 6. Review & Compliance

All returns are subject to Company review for accuracy and compliance prior to transmission.

Contractor agrees to cooperate with corrections if necessary.

Company provides guidance and support regarding IRS compliance and audit responses. Contractor remains responsible for their own conduct and accuracy.

Contractor agrees to maintain strict confidentiality of all taxpayer information.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the Company operates. IN

WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties agree to the terms above.
