Outside Decor Policy:

Weather Considerations: While we strive to deliver an exceptional experience, please note that we cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from adverse weather conditions, including but not limited to wind, rain, and direct sunlight. Given the seasonal heat, clients are advised to take necessary precautions to protect their decor items from these environmental factors.

Direct Sunlight: We aim for setups that are not in direct sunlight, as prolonged exposure can affect the longevity and appearance of your decor.

On site Occupations : To ensure a safe and efficient setup process, we request that no one be present on-site until the final completion of our work, unless they are directly involved in setting up for the event.

Materials: We use a variety of materials; specific care instructions will be provided as needed.

No Blocking: For safety and logistical reasons, guest vehicles must not block any pathways, exits, or driveways during setup and breakdown.

Liability: We are not responsible for any injury or accident related to the decorations after setup.

 

Indoor Decor Policy:

* Day Before Setup (If Applicable): If a day-before setup is agreed upon, the area must be prepared and accessible by [Time] on [Date]. Any delays in access may affect the final setup.

* Area Preparation : The area must be clear of all furniture, personal items, and obstructions prior to our arrival to provide a suitable workspace.

Indoor Air Control: To ensure the comfort of all individuals, maintaining adequate air circulation and temperature control is essential during the event.

* Damage: Client is responsible for any damage to the venue or decorations caused by guests or event activities.

* Liability: We are not responsible for any injury or accident related to the decorations after setup.
