Ladies, I want to clearly explain how this works so everyone understands the structure, expectations, and growth path.
You will receive 50% per return while you are training and operating with full support, supervision, and compliance oversight. Once you are fully confident and ready to branch off on your own without support, the compensation structure can change at that time.
Here's how tax preparation usually works in the industry:
Tax preparers cannot transmit returns without an EFIN
An EFIN (Electronic Filing Identification Number) is issued by the IRS and is required to legally submit tax returns
Until you become your own entity with your own EFIN, all preparers will operate under the company's EFIN
This is standard and required for compliance
Process breakdown:
You will prepare the return in the system
Once the taxpayer signs all required documents, the return is marked complete
Our team reviews every return for accuracy and compliance
After review, we transmit the return
You will be able to see in your system whether the return is accepted or rejected
If rejected, we assist with corrections and resubmission
Payment structure:
Payment is issued after the client's preparation fee is paid and the return is processed
Payouts are sent via direct deposit (same day when possible)
I recommend everyone create a BlueVine bank account for fast and professional payments
Audits & compliance support:
As a preparer, you must know how to stay compliant with IRS rules
We provide guidance on IRS audits, how to respond, and how to submit requested documentation
New preparers are not expected to know everything — that's why support exists

Experience & expectations:
I've been preparing taxes for 13 years (since 2013), and I still rely on support teams, continuing education, and professional collaboration. That never stops in this industry.
Our goal is not just to file returns — we are here to teach you how to become true professionals, build your confidence, and grow with grace, knowledge, and integrity.
If you're ready to move forward, the next step is signing the contract so we can begin.
Let me know who's committed and ready to learn and earn.
