Order Process

• Fill out the order form. 
• Order confirmation and payment details will be sent to your email once the shop receives your order form. Please DM @milkimiway on X or Instagram if you haven't received an OC within three days of ordering.
• Settle your payment within 3 days of receiving the OC.
• Stay updated through #milkimail on X, the masterlist, and the email you provided. 

Terms & Conditions

• Please be 112% sure before placing an order. 
• Strictly no cancellations or refunds; all items are made-to-order. 
• Please be patient. Production takes at least 7-21 days, plus a few additional days for packing depending on order volume. Sorting and packing will start ASAP. 
• A late fee of PHP 50 per day will apply starting one day after the DOP. This will be strictly followed with no excuses, so please be responsible and pay on time.
• Sorting and packing are typically done on weekends and during my free time. I’m still a university student, so no rush orders, please. 
• Please review all information carefully before submission. 
• The shop is not responsible for damages, delays, or losses during shipment, nor for damage to the item's outer packaging (used for protection only). 
• No raw unboxing video, no refund.
