CONFIDENTIALITY & NON-USE AGREEMENT
Couture Music
By signing this agreement, the Client acknowledges that during the course of Release Services, Artist Development, or Consulting, Couture Music Management (“Company”) may share proprietary information, including but not limited to:
• Release strategies
• Audit frameworks
• Checklists, workflows, and templates
• Educational materials and methodologies
• Verbal, written, and recorded guidance
The Client agrees to the following:
Confidentiality
All materials, feedback, and strategies provided by the Company are confidential and may not be shared, disclosed, or distributed to any third party.
Non-Use & Non-Exploitation
The Client may not copy, resell, teach, license, repackage, or exploit any portion of the Company’s materials, systems, or methodologies for commercial or educational purposes.
No Derivative Works
The Client may not create derivative works based on the Company’s proprietary content for resale or public distribution.
Intellectual Property
All materials remain the sole intellectual property of Couture Music Management.
Breach
Violation of this agreement may result in termination of services without refund and potential legal action.
This agreement survives the completion of services.
