Incident Reporting Form

At Coil & Cord, we prioritize robust consent, harm reduction, and community care.

If you have experienced or are aware of consent violations or other harmful conduct by anyone who has attended or might seek to attend Coil & Cord events, we invite you to let us know in the following form. This form provides a reporting process for non-consensual and other harmful conduct, whether those incidents occurred at a Coil & Cord event or elsewhere.

Forms may be submitted confidentially or anonymously.

If you would like to receive confirmation that we have read your report and/or any updates on the results of your report, please include your contact info (such as an email address, Discord, or Instagram) for follow-up communication.

Unless you request otherwise, the information submitted through this form will be visible to the Coil & Cord organizers Parker and Juniper.

If you would like to submit a report to an alternate person that is not seen by Parker and/or Juniper, you can send your report to coilandcordincidents@gmail.com. This account is managed by a third party and the organizers of Coil & Cord Studio do not have access to it.

Who is this report about?

If you are able and willing to tell us the person’s name, scene name, and/or any social media handle, etc. then we can better understand who the report is about. We can only take action (action might include closer observation, a conversation with the person about consent practices, or excluding the person from certain events or all events at Coil & Cord) if we know who the person is.

By default, we treat reports confidentially and do not share them with anyone other than the Coil & Cord organizers.
