For full-service trip design, including hotel selection, curated experiences, logistics coordination and personalized support, a Trip Design Fee applies.
Fees start at $150 USD per trip and vary based on destination and complexity.
This fee is separate from travel costs and is confirmed before planning begins.

Hotel-only and cruise reservations do not require a planning fee.
