Book of Mormon Quest
  • YOUTH REGISTRATION FORM

Welcome!  Thank you for making the decision to join us for Book of Mormon Quest.  We are excited to share this amazing adventure with you.

Book of Mormon Quest will be held on Thursday, June 18 through Saturday, June 20, 2026 at the Fair Hill Natural Resource Management Area in Maryland.  Much more information will follow.

The vast majority of the cost will be covered by the Church. There is a $175 fee per youth.  Please pay the fee using a Donation Slip in your ward (Write "Book of Mormon Quest" and the youth's name in the Other section on the slip). If you cannot afford the fee, please register anyway and speak to your bishop about support.

Both the youth and parent/guardian are required to complete this registration.  If you have health insurance, you will need the policy number.
