COLOREALM™ – Terms & Conditions
1. Order Confirmation
(After verifying the reference Image Cost of the product will be decided and communicated via whatsapp/email.) 

All customized and handcrafted orders require 50% advance payment for confirmation.
Orders will be processed only after receipt of the advance amount.
2. Payment Policy
The remaining 50% balance, along with applicable shipping charges, must be paid after Sharing of the shipping docket number, and
Providing the final outlook images of the product.
No dispatch will be made until full payment is received.
3. Customization & Timeline
Customized handcrafted products (bedsheets, sarees, cushion covers, embroidery works, etc.) require a minimum of 15 days for completion.
Timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the design and order volume.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
No refund or cancellation is applicable for customized orders once the advance payment is made.
In case of non-customized ready products, cancellation requests will be considered only before dispatch.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping charges are borne by the customer and will be communicated prior to dispatch.
COLOREALM™ is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Product Authenticity
All products are handcrafted and handblock printed, and slight variations in color, design, or embroidery are natural and reflect the authenticity of handmade work.
Such variations will not be considered defects.
7. Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate specifications for customized orders.
Any changes requested after order confirmation may affect delivery timelines and costs.
8. Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in  Ankleshwar ,Gujarat, India.
