This intake form is an administrative helper tool used in connection with TCP training delivered by TCP Training 4 U, operated by Liz West, a BCCSA-approved instructor.

All TCP training, assessment, registration with BCCSA, and Record of Completion issuance are conducted by TCP Training 4 U in accordance with BCCSA requirements.

TrafficPlan.ca does not deliver TCP training, does not conduct assessments, and does not issue or replace Records of Completion (ROC).
