Affiliate Sales Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participating in our affiliate program. By promoting our products/services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Commission Structure
We reward our affiliates for both initial customer acquisition and long-term retention.

Initial Sale Commission: You will receive 25% of the gross sale amount for any new customer referred through your unique affiliate link.
Recurring Commission (Renewals): You will receive 15% of subsequent renewal payments made by the referred customer, provided you maintain Active Status.

2. Maintaining "Active Status"
To continue receiving renewal commissions, you must remain an active participant in the program.

The 60-Day Rule: You are considered "Active" if you have referred at least one successful new sale within the last 60 days.

Lapse of Status: If you do not refer a new sale within a 60-day window, your status becomes "Inactive." While inactive, you will stop accruing the 15% renewal commissions.

Reactivation: Once you refer a new sale, your "Active Status" is restored, and you will begin accruing renewal commissions again from that date forward.

3. Payment Terms & Schedule To protect against fraud and manage customer satisfaction, we implement a standard holding period.

Payout Delay: Commissions are paid out two (2) weeks (14 days) after the date of the successful transaction.

Chargebacks and Refunds: If a customer requests a refund or initiates a chargeback during the 14-day window, the pending commission for that sale will be forfeited. If a refund occurs after a payout, the amount may be deducted from your future earnings.

4. Promotion Guidelines

Ethical Marketing: No spamming, misleading claims, or "black hat" SEO tactics.

Brand Alignment: Affiliates must not represent themselves as employees or legal partners of the company.

Tracking: Sales are tracked via browser cookies. We are not responsible for commissions lost due to customers clearing cookies or using different browsers.

By signing up for an affiliate account and generating a tracking link, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
