Welcome to "One To Another" where you will be connected to caring mentors who understand your journey and can offer guidance, encouragement, and practical support during pregnancy and early parenthood.

Participants are up to age 19.

This registration is for 12-month access to mentorship. After 12 months you can renew your membership until your child is five years old or the parent reaches age 24, whichever comes first.

Annual Membership Fee for 2026 will be $120 year. We provide a $120 scholarship for families who are in financial need. All scholarships are based on funding Care For Me Youth Initiatives receives for this program. You can be sent a scholarship application, if accepted you will be placed on a waiting list until funding is available.
