Thank you for your expression of interest in holding a stall at the Ohakune Carrot Carnival 2026, returning again for Kings Birthday weekend, Saturday 30th May.
Our previous Carrot Carnivals have been fantastic, successful and memorable days being held at the Thames street, Ohakune location. We had many happy stall holders and attendees with impressive ideas for the years to come, with you on board we hope to create another fun filled day for all.
Please remember stall placement is at the organizer’s discretion, and is not run on a first come, first in basis.
In alignment with our core values and for the longevity of our event we will continue to move forward in a more sustainable direction, this means we will at minimum be requiring food vendors to use recyclable food cartons with food items being sold (cardboard, wood, plastics 1,2,5) and be mindful of their waste for on the day food preparation. Merchandise stall applications will be considered and accepted upon the basis that we will not be accepting one-time plastic use and/or low quality items we deem dubious in our journey toward sustainability.
Requests to be placed next to/ or in a specific site will all be considered.
