Make your First Payment
To complete your registration, please make the initial payment of $500.00 (Non-Refundable).

Once the registration fee has been paid, you will receive a confirmation email with your updated invoice and the next steps.

Payments can be processed through Zelle or the Cash App. Credit Cards are accepted via PayPal with 3% +.31 fee(per transaction), not applicable to the balance of the invoice.  Scan the QR Code below to process the first Payment. 

Customized payment plans: We allow you to customize your own payment plan after your registration deposit. However, 50% of your total package must be paid by the Early Bird Date assigned to your package to hold the early-bird prices shown in the plan and to avoid $200.00 Late Fee. After May 15, 2026, prices will be higher, which may lead to you purchasing your own flight ticket. Final payments must be made 10-15 days before the departure date.

Add the information on your passport. Please use a valid passport. Confirm that your passport is valid for three months beyond your travel dates. Please upload a photo of your passport's signature & photo page. This will be used to request your visa applications.

Please note: You must send in a scanned colored copy of the biometric page of your passport by June 2025.
