    If your file is too large or you prefer to keep things separate, please organize your upload into these three specific categories:

    Category 1: USCIS Forms (All USCIS forms you intend to file).

    Category 2: Identity & Status (Passports, Visas, I-94s, and State IDs).

    Category 3: Supporting Evidence (Cover letters, exhibits, and required proof).


    File Requirements

    • Consolidate for Clarity: Please merge documents into one (1) consolidated PDF per category. (e.g., all forms in one file; all evidence in another).
    • Size & Resolution: Maximum 25MB per file. Please scan in Black & White at 300 DPI to ensure readability without excessive file size.
    • Formats: PDF is highly preferred for USCIS forms and mul-page evidence. We also accept JPG, JPEG, PNG, and TIFF.
    • No Passwords: Encrypted or password-protected files will be automatically rejected.
    • Translations: Foreign language documents must include a full English translation and a signed Translator’s Certification.

    2. You are "Self-Represented" (Pro Se)

    Even after our consultation, you remain your own legal representative.

    • No "Attorney of Record": We will not sign your forms or file a "Notice of Entry of Appearance" (Form G-28).
    • Strict Listing Prohibition: You are strictly prohibited from listing the Firm or its attorneys as a "Preparer" or "Representative" on any government forms.
    • Warning: Falsely listing an attorney can be considered Material Misrepresentation by the government, which could lead to the permanent denial of your application.

    3. The "Conflict Check" Period

    To comply with legal ethics, we cannot review your documents until we confirm there is no conflict of interest.

    • If a Conflict is Found: we will decline the proposal and issue a 100% refund.
    • Data Privacy: If declined, your case documents are destroyed. However, we must retain your name and the names of involved parties in our permanent Conflict Database, as required by the State Bar.

    4. You are Responsible for "Truth & Timing"

    • Accuracy: Our advice is only as good as the information you provide. We rely 100% on your honesty regarding your history and documents.
    • Deadlines: You are solely responsible for meeting all government deadlines. Do not wait until the last minute to book your session, as the conflict check and scheduling process take time.

    5. No Guarantee

    We provide our best professional opinion based on current law. However, immigration outcomes are at the total discretion of the government. We cannot guarantee approval or a specific result.
