Our desire is to help YOU gain EXPOSURE as we help you build your brand. With many marketing opportunities and a high-end runway show! HIFW has a VISION in mind! Showcase your products in one of the industry’s largest entertainment and fashion extravaganzas! Thank you for your interest in being a part of our 6th season!

- Take advantage of press coverage and marketing opportunities to over 500 plus industry insiders, buyers, retailers, VIPs and members of the Regional, National and International Press. We are launching a strategic marketing campaign delivering tons of impressions through direct marketing, television, print ads and online marketing!

- Incorporate your brand into our comprehensive marketing and publicity campaign while simultaneously capitalizing on the “viral” marketing nature of this event. We will be showcasing 13+ designers during Season 6.

At this time we are unable to accomodate food vendors due to the venue guidelines. Included in Your Vendor Package:

How do I register?

This form serves as your registration but is not a guarantee of being selected to partcipate. We will send you an email once the decision has been made and you will have 72 hrs. to pay your fee through Paypal, Cashapp or Zelle. Once you sign this form below; it will confrim you agree to the terms of payment and particpation process. Please contact us if you need to make special arrangements for payment, such as a corporate check etc. Email us at contact@heartlandinternationalfw.com

Do you limit the number of vendors at the show?

Yes - we are limited to a maximum total number of vendors (depending on the show venue, normally 15-20), and we also limit the number of vendors in each category.

When do we set up for the show?

Doors typically open for vendors 3-4 hours before the show. It is imperative that you arrive early to set up. Booth locations will be assigned and your table will be labeled. ALL SET UP MUST BE COMPLETE BY 3:00PM VERY LATEST. YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO SET UP ANY LATER THAN 3:00PM AND YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR FEE. [Strictly Enforced] Please keep in mind there will be other vendors trying to park, unload, and set-up at the same time as you, and setup must be complete 2 hours before the show starts at 5:00pm each night. We recommend you arrive early, setup, then relax and go grab some coffee or brunch and come back for the show.

How many buyers/guests attend your shows?

Typically around 400-500+ guests overall.

HIFW is a Faith Based organization so please be mindful of products displayed and for sale. Heartland International Fashion Week will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged products. We encourage you to take all valuables off the premises if you will be participating for multiple nights. Though the venue will allow vendors to keep set up between nights, it will be at your own risk. By signing below you agree to all the terms of this application.
