Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Save South Frontenac.
We want to leverage our community's skills, networks, and platforms as we head into this next phase of countering Alto's route determination.
Specifically, we are looking for social media moderators, a GIS expert, mappers, content creators, sign managers, researchers and writers, fundraisers, and community presence coordinators.
Before you commit:
- You must know that our team is dedicated to balancing an inclusive and non-partisan approach with providing citizens with factual, educational resources and responses.
- We lead with empathy and kindness, even when it is really tough. We are also intuitive to team members' needs by taking the initiative to ensure that tasks are completed.
- At this time, we will not pursue or support unsanctioned/disorganized protests or rallies. Instead, we choose to show solidarity across the proposed corridors through information and resource sharing, building our network, and frequent updates.
- We also do not support unproven claims or theories about rumoured government tactics.
