According to the BWMCA Constitution each Affiliated Organisation, during each year of affiliation:

(a) Needs to keep the BWMCA Management Committee informed of names and contact details of its Office Bearers and the number of its members. 

(b) May nominate, in writing, a Delegate to be a voting member of the Management Committee, provided that such Delegate is a member of the BWMCA and commits to attending at least six (6) of the Management Meetings. The nominated Delegate will then be the principal contact person for the affiliated organisation.

(c) If a Delegate, who may attend and vote at Management Meetings, has not been nominated, the indicated Secretary is assumed as the contact person for communication between BWMCA and the Affiliate.
