About Emerald Valley Holistic & Why We’re Recruiting Facilitators

Emerald Valley Holistic (EVH) is an Oregon-licensed psilocybin service center grounded in community access, ethical service delivery, and long-term sustainability. We were founded by the team behind Emerald Valley Institute — creators of one of Oregon’s most accessible and affordable psilocybin facilitator training programs.

Many facilitators entered this field because they believe in the potential of psilocybin to support emotional well-being, personal insight, and meaningful life change — yet the early legal market in Oregon has created challenges such as inconsistent client flow and pricing barriers that limit access for everyday Oregonians.

At EVH, we are building a model that responds to that reality through intentional service pathways, including expanded access, ongoing integration support, and sustainable opportunities for facilitators to engage in real client work. This application is an invitation to explore whether your professional experience and values align with this work.

  • ROLE STRUCTURE & CONTRACTOR STATUS

Facilitators engaged through EVH provide services as independent contractors (1099), not as employees. Contractors maintain responsibility for their professional practice and licensure and may provide services outside of EVH.
  • SERVICE PROGRAM INTEREST

EVH offers two primary service pathways EVH Access Program & EVH Core Program. Facilitators may participate in one or both.
  • Emerald Valley Holistic Access & Core Programs

    Our Social Equity Driven Mission
  • Our Access Program

Legal psilocybin in Oregon is still in its early market phase. While public interest is strong, current pricing structures have unintentionally excluded many Oregonians from accessing services — particularly working-class individuals, rural communities, and historically marginalized populations.

The Open Door Access Program was created to directly address this reality.

This program is not a discount tier or temporary offering. It is a foundational, market-building effort designed to expand participation, normalize legal psilocybin services, and create a sustainable pathway for long-term facilitation work.

By expanding access, we expand demand — and demand is what allows this field to mature beyond sporadic, high-cost sessions into a stable, community-serving industry.

Through the Open Door Access Program:

Emerald Valley Holistic provides legally compliant, reduced-cost psilocybin services to Oregonians who are currently priced out of the system

Facilitators engage in industry-shaping work that supports participation, referrals, and long-term client flow

Services are delivered through clearly defined packages, with facilitator compensation structured at an equivalent rate of $25 per hour

Access services may be delivered in multiple formats, including:

Remote intake, preparation, screening, and integration support
On-site facilitation and administration for individuals or small groups
In some cases, fully remote facilitation roles, where a facilitator provides longitudinal client support and is paired with a dedicated on-site facilitator for the administration session

Facilitators who participate in the Open Door Access Program also receive complimentary continuing education opportunities through Emerald Valley Institute to support Oregon licensure renewal requirements.

This program exists to ensure that legal psilocybin in Oregon serves the people who live here — not only those with financial privilege — and to help build an industry that is ethical, inclusive, and capable of lasting impact.

    Core Services Program

In addition to the Open Door Access Program, Emerald Valley Holistic offers a Core Services Program for clients accessing full-rate services. While the Core Services Program involves full program rates, it is also intentionally structured so that local Oregon clients can afford services — this is part of EVH’s overall mission of equity, accessibility, and sustainability across all service offerings.

Core service rates are intentionally set to remain within reach for our local Oregon communities, while allowing facilitators to provide services at full program rates without subsidy.

This pathway supports facilitators who wish to provide ongoing services using the same package-based structure and clearly defined scope of work.

Facilitator compensation under the Core Services Program:

Remote facilitation services (intake, preparation, ongoing integration support): equivalent to $30 per hour
On-site facilitation services (administration days): equivalent to $35 per hour
Facilitators may choose to participate in:

    Open Door Access services only
    Core Services only
    Or a combination of both
All services are structured through defined service packages and are not tracked or paid as hourly employment.

    Why This Structure Exists

Emerald Valley Holistic was founded by the team behind Emerald Valley Institute, creators of Oregon’s most affordable and accessible psilocybin facilitator training program. Our work has always focused on removing barriers—first to licensure, and now to meaningful, ongoing practice.

This structure reflects what the current market actually needs:

    Access to build demand
    Continuity to support real change
    Consistency to support facilitators
We are building for the long term, not the hype cycle.

This model is not designed for everyone. It is designed for facilitators who want real clients, real experience, and real participation in shaping the future of legal psilocybin in Oregon, rather than waiting for a market that may not arrive on its own.

  • Facilitation Role Formats
Emerald Valley Holistic offers flexible facilitation pathways designed to support a range of professional preferences and schedules. Facilitators may engage in remote, on-site, or hybrid roles depending on interest, scope, and availability.

  • If working fully remote:
Remote facilitators may support clients from their home or office while a dedicated on-site facilitator conducts the psilocybin administration session.

  • LONG-TERM INTEGRATION SUPPORT

  • Long-Term Integration Support

Many Emerald Valley Holistic client packages include structured, ongoing integration support designed to help clients meaningfully apply insights and sustain change over time.

    Integration support may include:

    Weekly follow-up sessions
    Reflection and meaning-making
    Regulation and embodiment support
    Real-world application of insights
Client packages may include 1-month, 2-month, or 3-month support options.
