Top Paddock Catering Pty Ltd Terms & Conditions
❖ A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your events date. ❖ A minimum charge of $1650 applies to any event. ❖ Full payment is required 7 days prior to your event. ❖ If your event is cancelled in the 7 days prior to your event, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. ❖ Price quoted may change if the original quoted size of the function increases or decreases, to accommodate food and staffing expenses for your event. ❖ If your event runs more than 60 mins behind schedule, TPC will add an additional staffing charge of $50 per hour per staff member. ❖ A cleaning fee will apply if TPC is required to clean any crockery / cutlery hired from an external supplier. ❖ All quotes are valid for 30 days, and will be revised 30 days prior to your event, wherein TPC may adjust the pricing to accommodate fluctuations in produce availability and costing. ❖ Clients must advise TPC of all dietary requirements 7 days prior to the event. In the event that TPC has not been advised of a guest’s dietary requirements in this time frame, TPC will apply a 5% surcharge to the total invoice, payable on the day of the event. ❖ TPC is unable to cater for any guest with an anaphylactic reaction to food allergens.
