Survey on how your group functions

This survey is scientifically grounded and based on Susan Wheelan’s theories of group development.

As both a leader and a group member, it can be valuable to explore how well the group is functioning. The survey often provides answers to questions and experiences you may have regarding the group you lead or are part of. Below are 25 statements about your group that you are asked to respond to. These statements describe characteristics that are crucial to how effectively the group will function. You may respond as follows:
