We (Adguns) are hiring a Creative Production Designer / Animator (Scale Focused) to support growing client demand.

This role exists because creative production volume is increasing, and we need more reliable execution power to keep delivery fast, clean, and predictable.

Your responsibility is not to invent concepts, but to execute approved ideas at scale across multiple formats and markets.

You will work with:

Clear briefs and specs

Defined templates and systems

High-volume, repeatable ad production workflows

Your success is measured by:

On-time delivery

First-pass approvals

Technical accuracy

Consistent output under real production load
