Access to Rec Program Scholarship Application

The City of West St. Paul recognizes the benefits that participating in recreational opportunities can have on health, wellness, and the overall positive impacts that it can have on a community. Access to Rec provides qualifying West St. Paul residents scholarships to help participate in fee-based programs and events.

How it Works:

Qualifying residents can receive scholarship dollars to enroll in fee- based events and/or programs during a calendar year (January-December). Eligibility and scholarship amount is based on household size and income.

Not Scholarship Eligible:

Adult Athletic Leagues
Contracted Programs such as ARTrageous Adventures, Mayer Arts, Music Together, and Tech Academy.
Facility Rentals
Field Trips
Pool Passes
Programs $10 or under

Tax on programs is not scholarship eligible - youth programs are not taxable and adult programs are taxed at 8.625%.
