    The Admissions Supervisor at KG Career Academy is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing the admissions team. This position plays a crucial role in driving admissions, ensuring daily and monthly goals are met, and upholding the standards of our institution.The Admission Supervisor will report to the directors. They will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Academy. The Admissions Manager will oversee the recruitment and admissions process for K&G Career Academy. This person will work closely with all internal teams such as operations, student services, marketing, and engagement, as well as outside agencies to ensure full class registration.
  • Responsibilities include:

    • Team Leadership - Provide strong leadership to the admissions team, motivating and guiding them to meet and exceed their daily and monthly admissions goals.
    • Admissions Strategy - Continuously review and refine the admissions process to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Goal Setting - Set daily and monthly admissions goals in collaboration with senior management
    • Training and development - Train new admissions staff on the admissions process, policies, and best practices
    • Admissions process - Oversee the admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment ensuring seamless and positive experience for prospective students
    • Data Analysis - Analyze admissions data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
    • Compliance - Stay updated on all relevant laws and regulations related to admissions
    • Customer service - Ensure excellent customer service is provided to prospective students and their families and their inquiries and concerns are addressed prompt and professionally
    • Reporting - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management regarding admissions performance and initiatives

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of an associates degree
    • +2 Years of Sales experience
    • Proven experience in admissions, sales, or customer service.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Analytical and data-driven mindset.
    • Familiarity with relevant software and tools for admissions management.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
    • Knowledge of educational regulations and compliance is a plus.
