Responsibilities include:
- Team Leadership - Provide strong leadership to the admissions team, motivating and guiding them to meet and exceed their daily and monthly admissions goals.
- Admissions Strategy - Continuously review and refine the admissions process to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Goal Setting - Set daily and monthly admissions goals in collaboration with senior management
- Training and development - Train new admissions staff on the admissions process, policies, and best practices
- Admissions process - Oversee the admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment ensuring seamless and positive experience for prospective students
- Data Analysis - Analyze admissions data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Compliance - Stay updated on all relevant laws and regulations related to admissions
- Customer service - Ensure excellent customer service is provided to prospective students and their families and their inquiries and concerns are addressed prompt and professionally
- Reporting - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management regarding admissions performance and initiatives
Qualifications:
- Minimum of an associates degree
- +2 Years of Sales experience
- Proven experience in admissions, sales, or customer service.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools for admissions management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of educational regulations and compliance is a plus.
