    Purpose of Information Collection
    The information you provide is collected solely for screening purposes to evaluate your eligibility for participation in future focus group research sessions.

    Prohibited Uses
    Your information will not be sold, transferred to third parties, brokered, or used for any purpose other than focus group participant screening and selection.

    No Guarantee of Selection or Compensation
    Submission of this registration does not constitute, create, or guarantee: (i) selection for participation in any focus group; (ii) eligibility for compensation; or (iii) any contractual relationship between you and the client.

    Screening Process
    Completed registration forms will be reviewed by the client to determine whether you advance to the formal screening phase. The screening phase will assess your qualifications for specific focus group sessions based on study requirements.

    Ongoing Consideration
    Your registration will remain active in our system for consideration for future focus group opportunities unless you request removal.

    Participant Responsibility
    You are solely responsible for updating your registration information if any changes occur to ensure accurate screening and selection. Failure to maintain current information may result in disqualification from participation.

     

    Recording Consent

    If selected to participate in an in-person focus group, you acknowledge and consent to video and audio recording of the session. All recordings will be used exclusively by the client for case-specific research and preparation purposes. Recorded materials will not be publicly disclosed, distributed, or shared outside of the client's internal legal team.
