Independent Contractor Acknowledgement

I acknowledge that I am contracting as an Independent Contractor (IC) and not as an employee of On The Clock Logistics, LLC.
I understand it is my responsibility to maintain proper licensing, insurance, and vehicle condition in order to remain eligible for work.
I understand that any additional vehicles I wish to operate under On The Clock Logistics, LLC must be reviewed and approved in writing before use.
I agree to receive dispatch updates by phone, text, or email.
I understand that it is my responsibility to report my availability in order to be considered for dispatch and receive jobs.
I understand that as an independent contractor, I am not guaranteed any minimum number of loads or hours, and work will be offered as available.
I acknowledge that through my relationship with On The Clock Logistics, LLC, I may be introduced to or perform services for clients, customers, brokers, freight forwarders, or partners of On The Clock Logistics, LLC. I agree that I will not, at any time, directly or indirectly solicit, accept, or perform transportation or logistics services for any such client or partner outside of On The Clock Logistics, LLC, nor attempt to bypass or circumvent On The Clock Logistics, LLC for the purpose of working with those clients directly, unless expressly authorized in writing by On The Clock Logistics, LLC.
I understand that violation of this provision may result in immediate termination of my independent contractor relationship and removal from dispatch eligibility.
