Renter may be asked to provide proof of insurance in the general aggregate amount of $1,000,000 for General Liability. Such a certificate must be issued at no cost to East Side Performing Arts LLC.
If alcohol is to be served at the Event, Renter must provide proof of liquor liability in the amount of at least $1,000,000. In addition, all servers must have current Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) seller/server certification on file, and a copy must be provided to ESPA.
Renter agrees not to sell alcohol on site and that alcohol service must be included in the cost of the Event ticket or served at no charge, though bar donations may be accepted.
