Job Summary
The Food Service Director provides leadership, management, and operational oversight of the District’s comprehensive school nutrition program serving students and staff across all DASD buildings. This position ensures the delivery of safe, nutritious, appealing, and cost-effective meals that meet or exceed all federal, state, and local regulations while supporting student wellness, operational efficiency, fiscal responsibility, and positive customer service.
The Food Service Director plays a key role in advancing district priorities related to student well-being, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
